This Contract is comprised of water tank upgrades and frontage improvements. The water tank portion will include seismic upgrades, overflow modifications, interior recoating, exterior coating repairs, and lighting improvements. The frontage improvement portion will include construction of curb and sidewalk, HMA paving, driveway approach, storm drainage system, landscaping, security fencing and lighting.
