This storage building will be used to support equipment owned and operated by the College. This structure is an important addition to campus and desired completion is: November 15, 2025. The storage building has already been designed & engineered by ZCS Engineering. See Attachment E. KCC will pay all permit fees directly to Klamath County Building Department. There are no plumbing or mechanical (HVAC) systems in the building. Metal siding, roofing & trim to be color matched as close as possible to current / existing KCC exterior color scheme. Minimum 26 Gauge metal thickness for roof, siding & trim. Electrical work will be performed by Winema Electric. They are contracting with KCC directly. They will pull electrical permit, install conduit, subpanel, lighting and outlets. GC will coordinate work and do excavation for conduit. GC to install Ufer ground. Wall & Roof Insulation: Vinyl Backed R-10.
