IFB: North Nashua River Stabilization Phase II

INVITATION TO BID:    North Nashua River Stabilization Phase II Sealed proposals will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall,  25 West  St., Leominster, MA  01453, Until:  11:00 A.M. on October 29, 2026.and at that time and place will be publicly opened and recorded.  Specifications for the above proposal required by the Dept. of Public Works may be obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 25 West St., Leominster, MA  01453, or by calling 978-962-3537.  Bid documents may also be downloaded at www.leominster-ma.gov on the “Active Bids” link under the Purchasing Page. A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 20, 2026 @ 10:00AM. We will meet at 230 Commercial Road at the Water Treatment Plant, parking in the rear lot behind the building.
