The City of Ridgefield is seeking qualifications for P24010: Hall and Elm to be received no later than Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 4:00 p.m.The City of Ridgefield is seeking qualifications from highly qualified firms to provide all preconstruction design services plus selected construction support services for the Hall and Elm Project. The City may also elect to have the successful consultant perform construction engineering and inspection associated with the project.The project will design and construct improvements to a three-block area of downtown Ridgefield. The improvements will include approximately 600 linear feet of upgraded 8-inch ductile iron pipe, one new fire hydrant, stormwater improvements to mitigate ponding on residential lots from public runoff, approximately 140 square yards of sidewalks with associated ADA ramps, and paving. The consultant will also be expected to coordinate with the Port of Ridgefield’s clean-up project currently underway in downtown Ridgefield, including these blocks. The Port’s consultant is Maul Foster Alongi (MFA). That consultant is not precluded from pursuing this project.CDBG funds will be used for a portion of the construction project, all federal guidelines as well as local and state will need to be followed.The Work shall be completed by December 31, 2024.Request for Qualifications packets may be viewed and downloaded via the City’s e-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/ridgefieldwa.
