COTA seeks qualified contractors to clean and rehabilitate deteriorated drainage piping at the McKinley Facility. The work includes initial mechanical augering and high-pressure water jetting, three monthly follow-up jet-cleaning services, trenchless or minimally invasive pipe sleeving in identified sections, restoration of affected areas, and post-installation camera inspection. The Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, disposal, documentation, product information, warranties, and a final completion report. Final acceptance is contingent on successful completion of the work, acceptable post-installation inspection results, restoration, and COTA’s acceptance of required closeout documentation.
