Downtown Parking Garage Construction Management Services

Description

The Construction Manager (CM) shall provide comprehensive construction management services throughout design and construction, including cost estimating, constructability review, scheduling, procurement support, construction administration, coordination, project closeout and turnover. The CM shall serve as the primary coordination interface between the City, design team, Contractor, and City-retained consultants to ensure alignment of scope, schedule, budget, and construction activities. The CM shall also coordinate closely with City departments including, but not limited to, Public Works, Transportation, Planning, Utilities, Facilities and other internal stakeholders. The CM shall facilitate communication, consolidate input, and support timely review and decision-making across departments.
