GENERAL WORK DESCRIPTION This project consists of the installation of Owner supplied Septage Receving Station equipment, including the construction of concrete pad, roadways, drain/sewer pipelines, manholes, electrical service, other equipment, and associated miscellaneous improvements as indicated on the Drawings and as detailed elswhere in the Contract Documents. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE The Engineer's Estimate for this contract is $660,000. CONTRACT TIME The project has 215 Working Days. WITHDRAWL OF PROPOSAL No bidder may withdraw his proposal for a period of forty-five (45) days after the date set for the opening thereof. Bids shall be valid for forty-five (45) calendar days after bid opening. MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING AND SITE WALK A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00AM Friday, July 10th, 2026, On-Site.
