ll change orders under those amounts shall be submitted to the PHA Board of Commissioners as informational items; however, when the aggregate of all change orders exceeds the greater of $10,000.00 or 2% of the contract amount, or 60 days, Board approval must be obtained. Change orders which result in a credit to the Authority shall be submitted to the Board as an informational item only and shall not be counted as part of the total of change orders requiring Board approval.
