Chambers Creek Regional Park - Central Meadow - Park Shelter and Electrical Improvements

Description

Parks will be extending electrical service to the sport and event lawn in order to allow for lights, sound systems to make announcements, and other requested infrastructure needed to host regional and statewide competitions. A new prefabricated covered shelter will be added to the Central Meadow area with associated sidewalks and electrical accommodations. There are a few bid alternates included for goose lasers, extended electrical options, and lighted bollards.The proposed work shall include all necessary permits, fees, materials, equipment, labor, and all other related items to construct the work as shown in the Contract Drawings and Specifications.In addition to the scope outlined in the plans and specifications the work also generally includes typical requirements and tasks for construction projects such as mobilization, temporary construction fencing, temporary erosion and sediment control, existing vegetation protection, clearing and grubbing, minor demolition, site cleanup, and anything else required to protect, secure, or otherwise restore to normal the areas adjacent to the project site as well as any access areas used.The project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
