PROJECT OVERVIEW The Project generally consists of lowering the dam crest by removing 2 to 3 ½ ft. (vertical) of concrete over length of 80 ft. +/-, removing up to 100 cy of sediment and spreading the sediment on adjacent uplands, removing/treating invasive knotweed, and turf establishment and seeding. Bids will be received for a single, prime Contract for a lump sum cost. Work start is anticipated on or about July 6, 2026 and Substantial completion shall be achieved by August 7, 2026.
