ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS City of Mercedes Rehabilitation and Improvements to the Stormwater Pump Station at the City of Mercedes Collier Park - Phase 2 General Notice City of Mercedes (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Rehabilitation and Improvements to the Stormwater Pump Station at the City of Mercedes Collier Park - Phase 2 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received a t t h e o f f i c e o f t h e C i t y M a n a g e r , A t t n : M r . A l b e r t o P e r e z , located at 400 South Ohio, Mercedes, TX 78570, until Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at 3:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following work: City of Mercedes - Rehabilitation and Improvements to the Stormwater Pump Station at the City of Mercedes Collier Park - Phase 2 Obtaining the Bidding Documents The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: SWG Engineering, LLC 611 Bill Summers Intl Blvd. Weslaco, Texas 78596 (956) 968-2194 Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 AM – 5 PM, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Prospective bidders shall obtain an official set of bidding documents from the issuing office to be permitted to bid on the project. Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Please make checks for Bidding Documents payable to SWG Engineering, LLC. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents on compact disk will be sent via the prospective Bidder’s delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen.
