INTERGOVERNMENTAL/COOPERATIVE USE OF PROPOSAL AND CONTRACT: In accordance with Arkansas Code §19-11-249, this proposal and resulting contract is available to any college or university in Arkansas that wishes to utilize the services of the selected proposer, and the proposer agrees, they may enter into an agreement as provided in this RFP. ATU is soliciting sealed bids from all qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete the project described herein. Project: Fiber Connectivity for Agricultural Education Building. Preferred project start date on or near August 7, 2026 but not required. Alternatively, the university seeks for the project to begin late August or early September 2026. List any subcontractors to be used. An additional page may be added to response if needed.
