The Town of Mooresville (the Town) is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from professional consulting firms to provide On-Call Surveying Services on an as-needed basis for current and upcoming Town projects. Projects vary in complexity and scope (see Section III, Scope of Services).The Town is seeking to pre-qualify firms whose combination of experience and personnel will provide timely, cost-effective, and high-quality professional land surveying services. Pre-qualified firms will then be eligible to enter into project-specific agreements for services to be provided on an as-needed basis as determined by the Town.
