Public notice is hereby given that the City of Richland, Washington has issued the above solicitation for Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms or consultant teams capable of providing both architectural and engineering services under a single contract for the evaluation, design, bidding, and construction support of improvements to the HVAC systems serving the Richland Public Library, located at 955 Northgate Drive, Richland, Washington.
