Public notice is hereby given that the City of Richland, Washington has issued the above solicitation for drafting and design services to complete construction plans and design for various locations related to elementary school walk routes the following improvements will be made, 20 MPH Speed Zone Designation and Signs for Residential and/or Business Districts, School or Playground 20-MPH Speed Zone with Flashing Beacons and Signage, Speed Feedback Signs, Raised Crosswalks, Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons, Street Lighting for Crosswalks, ADA Curb Ramps for public bidding.
