However, the price sheet in addendum 1 shows Quantity as “2”. Therefore, the total cost per year is based on 24 visits per year. Should we assume the 2 additional visits per year will be billed to the Town at the Unit Cost rate? 26 visits per year 2. Is there any way you can extend this RFP? It is very cumbersome and being we only received pertinent information recently we need more time to bid. No. Bid opening remains on January 28, 2025 at 2:00pm. 3.
