Town of Surfside ITB 2026-01 Dune Restoration Project Addendum No. 2 Date Issued: February 6, 2026 To All Bidders, This Addendum modifies and becomes a part of Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. 2026-01. All Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this Addendum. The Town of Surfside hereby extends the Bid Submission Deadline for ITB No. 2026-01 as follows: New Bid Submission Deadline: Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM (EST) Bids must be received by the Town Clerk no later than the date and time stated above. Any bids received after this deadline will not be considered. The Town further advises that Addendum No. 3 will be issued next week and will include responses to questions that were previously submitted and not yet addressed. To ensure no questions are missed due to the Microsoft 365 email issues that occurred during the ITB question period, Bidders are requested to resubmit any previously submitted questions that have not yet been answered no later than Monday, February 9, 2026, at 12:00 PM (EST). All other terms, conditions, requirements, and specifications of ITB No. 2026-01 remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Bidders are responsible for ensuring they have received all issued addenda prior to submitting a bid.
