To ensure all interested bidders have the opportunity to view site conditions and prepare competitive submissions, the Town is scheduling a site visit and adjusting the associated deadlines. All bidders must acknowledge receipt of this Addendum. The following changes are hereby made to the ITB: • A non-mandatory site visit will be held on Friday, November 7, 2025 at 11:00 AM, beginning in the Town Hall lobby, 9293 Harding Avenue, Surfside, FL 33154. • The deadline to submit questions and requests for clarification is extended to Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 5:00 PM. • The deadline to submit sealed bids is extended from November 18, 2025 at 2:00 PM to Monday, November 24, 2025 at 2:00 PM. • The public bid opening will occur on Monday, November 24, 2025 at 2:00 PM. All other terms, conditions, and requirements of ITB No. 2025-03 remain unchanged.
