Whether enrolling as a new hire, during a qualifying event or during open enrollment, you should review this information carefully to make sure you are making informed decisions. All required benefit enrollment forms must be completed and submitted in Workday within the first five days of your employment. PLEASE NOTE: This year is an active enrollment, meaning you must go into Workday and enroll to have coverage for 2026. If you do not go into Workday and re-enroll in benefits during this year’s open enrollment, your coverage(s) will not carry over into 2026. If you need to add or remove coverage for yourself or your dependents, you must do so during an open enrollment period unless you have a qualifying life event as defined by the IRS. It is your responsibility to notify human resources within 30 days of the qualifying life event.
