The City of Mount Vernon (“City”) is seeking submittals from engineering firms interested in providing professional design services and analysis to the Public Works Department for complete update of the Comprehensive Plan. The successful firm will have experience in wastewater collection system modelling, activated sludge system/treatment design and evaluation, nutrient reduction evaluation, WWTP modelling and demand forecasting, and system long range planning. The last Comprehensive Sewer Plan was adopted in 2003. The City desires to complete rewrite of the current plan.
