The City of Lake Forest is seeking applications from organizations interested in offering Youth Flag Football, Youth Soccer and Youth Multi-Sports (baseball, basketball and football) programming to the City of Lake Forest. As part of the City’s Recreation and Contract Instructor Procurement Process, staff is accepting applications to provide this programming through a Sports Program Services Agreement at the Lake Forest Sports Park.Interested organizations are invited to submit an application, which will serve as a formal proposal under the City’s procurement process. The application will request key information such as instructor experience and qualifications, a proposed class schedule, and general background about the organization, vendor, or instructor. All proposals will be reviewed in accordance with the City’s established Guidelines to ensure a fair and equitable evaluation process.
