Awarded provider shall be responsible for conducting objective, diligent, thorough, and timely workplace investigations on behalf of the County. Provider will be responsible for:Conducting virtual and/or in-person fact-finding interviews with appropriate employees.Submitting comprehensive investigation reports to include a summary of the information considered in the investigation and findings of fact and relevant analysis of the County’s Personnel Ordinance and other applicable policies. Debriefing County leadership and parties involved in the investigation.Completing each investigation within the timeline provided by the County.
