The City of New Haven Department of Health (NHV Health) invites qualified proposers to submit proposals to develop a Five-Year Workforce Development Plan that meets the current requirements of the Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB) Accreditation Standards and Measures at the time of contract execution (e.g., Version 2022 or Version 2026) and builds upon the 2022-2025 Workforce Development Plan.This Request for Proposals is issued in accordance with the City of New Haven purchasing and contracting requirements. The City reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all proposals, and accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
