Washington County is seeking 3-4 contractors to install wood, pellet, and gas stoves, and 2-3 contractors to install HVAC equipment (furnaces and heat pumps) that the County determines are best able to provide the grant program services to the customers. This contract continues the Wood Stove Exchange program to improve air quality and protect public health.
