Wood Floor Maintenance

Description

The Parks and Recreation Department has approximately 68,500 square feet of wood floors at 6 locations. The floor surfaces vary by age and condition in the buildings under its maintenance responsibilities (see Attachment G - Floor Maintenance Recreation Center Details). Floor maintenance services are currently planned to be performed once annually at all locations. However, the frequency of floor maintenance may either be reduced or increased during the term of this contract, at the sole discretion of the City. The Parks and Recreation Representative may request additional floor maintenance services to be completed at other locations based upon reasons, including but not limited to unanticipated wear and tear.
