Description

The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA), on behalf of the Housing Authority of the City of Sacramento and the Housing Authority of the County of Sacramento, is seeking bids from qualified suppliers to provide custom-ordered wood doors for various housing projects and renovations within Sacramento County. This solicitation aims to establish a reliable source for high-quality wood doors that meet the requirements outlined herein. The selected supplier will be responsible for providing a range of wood door products to support SHRA’s mission to enhance housing opportunities and improve neighborhoods.These doors are used for replacements in occupied units and are often replaced during the unit turn-over process. To minimize maintenance time associated with the installation, the prospective vendor will need to provide doors cut to specified sizes and cored for the easy installation of specific locks and/or other hardware. Doors may include exterior doors, interior bedroom/bathroom doors, and closet doors.
