The City of Monterey (City) is seeking comprehensive proposals for professional services from qualified firms to perform planning services to review, evaluate, and process permit applications for the construction and modification of wireless facilities for projects within the City over a period of one year with a not-to-exceed annual funding limit of $200,000. The agreement will include an option for two additional one (1) year extensions also with an annual not-to-exceed funding limit of $200,000. The amount of work to be requested during the twelve-month contract period cannot be well defined at the outset. Work shall be issued through a notice-to-proceed. The City reserves the right to enter into agreements with multiple firms as a result of this Request for Proposals.
