The City of Winter Park (“City”) is requesting bids for window cleaning services, including both exterior and interior cleaning, at the following locations:1050 W Morse Blvd, Winter Park, FL 32789 (Winter Park Events Center)1052 W Morse Blvd, Winter Park, FL 32789 (Winter Park Library)The City intends to schedule full cleanings on a triennial basis, occurring in August, December, and April each year; however, the frequency may be adjusted based on operational needs.In addition, the City is seeking bids for as-needed window cleaning services at other City facilities.All bids must include the cost of labor, equipment, and materials required to perform the services.
