SEALED BID PROPOSALS are requested by the City of Waxahachie to furnish all labor, material, and equipment, and perform all work required for the Wilmington Avenue & Charlotte Avenue Reconstruction project. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Secretary, on the 3rd floor of the Charles Beatty Municipal Services Building, 408 S. Rogers, Waxahachie, TX 75165 until Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Please use the elevator to access the 3rd floor of the Charles Beatty Municipal Services Building. This includes reconstructing the existing asphalt roadway to a concrete section consisting of 6” of reinforced concrete with 6” of flexible base subgrade. The project also includes the installation of approximately 3,600 LF of 6”-8” water line, 1,900 LF of reinforced concrete pipe of various sizes, and approximately 1,200 LF of 6”-8” sanitary sewer line.
