Sealed Bids for furnishing of all materials labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for the construction of WILLOWICK DRIVE 6” WATER LINE CONNECTOR Project will be received by the Director at the Brentwood Municipal Center, 5211 Maryland Way, Brentwood, TN 37027, in the Commissioner’s Chambers on the second floor, until 2:00 PM local time, on Tuesday, December 8, 2020, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.Project scope includes, furnish and install approximately 675 LF of 6” RJ DIP water line in polyethylene encasement, 50 LF of 1” PEXa service line, two (2) water assemblies, along with fittings, valves, hydrants, connections to existing system, concrete, pavement repairs, erosion control, traffic control and other required appurtenances for a complete project. Award, if award is made, will be to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder on the Total Base Bid per the bid proposal form.Electronic version of the Bid Documents may be obtained from the Project Engineer, Smith Seckman Reid, Inc., located at 2995 Sidco Drive, Nashville, TN 37204, upon payment of $50.00. This payment is nonrefundable and shall include an electronic document format (pdf) version of the contract documents, specifications and drawings. Hard copies of the Bid Documents may also be requested. Only entities obtaining Contract Documents through Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. shall be considered a Biddings Document Holder for purposes of qualifying for the Bid. Bids received from those entities not classified as Biddings Document Holders shall not be opened.
