This addendum must be signed by all Prospective Bidders at time of purchase of Bid Documents or otherwise returned to the Project Engineer via e-mail and/or facsimile, or hand-delivery. Fax number for returning signed confirmation of receipt is 856-582-7976. Acknowledgment of this Addendum No. 1 shall also be recorded within the Bid Documents on the “ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT OF CHANGES TO BID DOCUMENT FORM”. BID OPENING DATE: THIS ADDENDUM DOES NOT CHANGE THE OFFICIAL BID OPENING DATE. INFORMATION TO BIDDERS, Page ITB - is hereby amended to add the following paragraph: The successful bidder shall follow explicitly the PLA Project Labor Agreement herein enclosed within this addendum, attached at the close of this document. All prospective bidders shall read and comply with any conditions set forth in this 46-page document that is now adopted by the OWNER. Successful bidder hereby agrees to execute, sign and date the ‘LETTER OF ASSENT’ which assures both parties that the PLA Covering Construction for the Monroe Township Board of Education agrees to enforce said PLA for this parking lot resurfacing contract. Successful bidder shall return, within his or her bid package a signed and dated Letter of Assent on Bid Day. A copy of this addendum and attachment should be attached to the Bid Document as part of the Contract. Section 101 – General Conditions: The following section is hereby amended to add the following: 101.02 – Description The following is added at the end: Successful bidder shall be required to comply with the full intent of the attached PLA Project Labor Agreement, without prejudice. Failure to enclose within the Bid Package the ‘Letter of Assent,’ signed and dated by an officer of the Company, shall be grounds for rejection of said public schools bid.
