Wholesale Nursery Stock

Description

The Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services – Parks Division is seeking a qualified vendor to furnish and deliver nursery stock (plants) as specified in this solicitation. This contract is for the supply and delivery of plant material only; installation services are not included. The City intends to award a contract for an initial term of three (3) years, with the option, at the City's sole discretion, to extend the contract for up to two (2) additional one-year terms. Bid pricing shall remain valid for the initial contract term and any approved renewal periods in accordance with the pricing provisions of this solicitation.Pricing shall be provided for all plant species identified in the line items. Bidders must submit pricing for every listed plant species to be considered responsive. Any bid that does not include pricing for all required line items will be deemed non-responsive and may not be considered for award.
