Using project plans and specifications, successful bidder will make repairs to the superstructure of the Whitehall/Factory Creek Fishing Pier. These will include repairs and rehabilitation of the walkway and pavilion, cross bracing of pilings, repairs to the floating dock and replacement of some hardware. Material specifications are included in the project plans.
