WEST VIRGINIA SCHOOL OF OSTEOPATHIC MEDICINE ADDENDUM 1 QUESTIONS EOI-Silo Lane Intersection Redesign and Dwyer Lane Connection | WVSOM-EOI-26-658 Date: May 26, 2026 The purpose of this addendum is to answer questions that have been asked by vendors regarding this bid: # Question Could you please confirm the number of physical copies required for the bid submission? Answer Please provide at least one physical copy and one digital copy. 2 We understand that there is a traffic study currently underway. Are you at liberty to share who is currently performing the traffic study? We completely understand if that information is not something you can disclose at this time. A. This study will not be completed until the fall of 2026. 3 Would WVSOM please provide any available existing roadway, facilities, utilities, right-of-way drawings within the near and/or expected project limits? 1 4 Would WVSOM please provide the anticipated delivery schedule for each of the phases of the project (Traffic Engineering Analysis, Preliminary Design, Final Design, Construction Start, Construction Completion)? 5 Would WVSOM please provide the funding sources for each phase of the project? WVSOM will not provide comprehensive existing drawings; the selected firm is responsible for performing field survey, data collection, and developing base mapping and existing conditions documentation.
