The redevelopment of this site could include mixed-use development of multiple stories of sufficient architectural character and quality to support the City’s Master Plan goals for high-performing facilities, to contribute taxable value, to add vitality and vibrancy to Main Street, and to be compatible with the appearance of surrounding West Lebanon Village buildings.
