Description

The City of Aurora, IL, invites you to bid on the anticipated Well Number 105 - Pump and Motor project.Well Number 105 - Pump and Motor work includes, but is not limited to the following: furnishing and installing a 1,000 gpm / 130 feet TDH capacity submersible pump; 60 hp submersible motor; approximately 120 feet of 8" diameter steel column pipe; electrical cables with guard and cable clamps; check valve; air lines; water level transducer with cable and conduit; electrical connections for power and controls; start up and testing of the submersible pump and motor; disinfection; all appurtenances, accessories, and other work as specified and noted in the plans, specifications, and contract documents, for City of Aurora, IL, municipal Well No. 105.  The project site is located as shown in the drawings, south of Aurora Fire Station No. 10, on the southeast corner of Orchard Road and Illinois Avenue, at 2390 W. Illinois Ave., Aurora, IL 60506.
