Please certify on your Bid Form that you have received Addendum #1, #2, #3 and #4 DOCUMENT Website Redesign RFP Addendum # 3.pdf AMENDMENT In Addendum #3, on page 1, there were four amendments listed in a chart at the top, and they were listed as amendments to “Website Redesign RFP Addendum # 2.pdf”, the correct document they were amendments to was the original bid document and should be read as amendments to Document “ESVBA Website Redesign RFP 2015B-004.docx” Response to Queries 1. Question:  What  level  of  access  do  you  have  on  the  web  host  machine?  For  instance,  if  I  were  to  use  Ruby  on Rails,  would  I  be  able  to  access  the  terminal  to  install  gems? Answer:    We  have  access  via  a  web  panel  in  Network  Solutions  to  enable  Ruby  on  Rails  and  the  other  CMS  we had  listed  in  the  original  bid  document.    The  site  allows  us  to  use  FTP  to  publish  content  however,  we  do  not have  terminal  access  to  add  gems.    A  list  of  the  available  pre-‐installed  gems  is  at http://www.networksolutions.com/support/what-‐ruby-‐gems-‐are-‐available-‐for-‐use/ 2. Question:  Will  you  be  accepting  proposals  electronically  via  email  submitted  for  RFP  No.  2015B-‐004?  If  yes,  then what  email  address  should  be  used  for  submission?
