Web-Based Electronic Payment Software

Description

The City of Cleveland ('City') Division of Assessments and Licenses (DAL), Department of Building and Housing and the Division of Parking Facilities is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing a web-based electronic payment software solution to interface with Accela Citizens Access (ACA), the City of Cleveland's licensing and permitting software.  The software solution must be user friendly and capable of providing real time data and robust reporting. The software product will be used to conduct payment transactions including those that pertain to licenses, permits, tax assessments, invoices, violation notices and parking fees for the City.  The solution should support all major credit cards, debit cards (PIN-based and PIN-less), e-check, ACH and digital wallet transactions.
