Additionally, the non historic building area of the building will be updated with new bathrooms and adjacent floor finishes. Other minor work in work areas include providing room identification, signage, lighting, and a repair to the historic building limestone threshold. The building is to remain occupied during construction, this will require coordination during construction for the abatement of hazardous materials, as well as during portions of construction such as wood refinishing, which will impact areas of the building outside of the scope of construction.
