Waterford Police Department Locker Room Renovations

Description

The Town of Waterford is looking for qualified contractors for the renovation of the Waterford Police Department Locker Room Renovations. The Base Bid includes selective demolition; removal of existing lockers and concrete locker bases; construction of new partitions, toilet rooms, and showers; relocation of doors, card readers, and the washer and dryer; installation of new plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, accessories, ceilings, lighting, ventilation, flooring, wall tile, counters, and finishes; and all associated plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire-protection, access-control, patching, and restoration work required to provide complete and operational locker room facilities. New lockers will be furnished and installed by others; however, the Contractor shall provide the required electrical power and coordinate with the locker supplier.
