Description

The project consists furnishing labor, equipment and materials for rehabilitation of existing Treatment Units 1, 2, 3, and 4, complete inclusive of all work and incidentals as indicated by the Drawings and Specifications or as required to properly complete the project as planned.A. Provide materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for proper completion of the Work required by the Specifications and as shown on the Drawings, using qualified labor and supervision.B. Perform the work complete, in place, and ready for continuous service, and include repairs, testing, permits, cleanup, replacements, and restoration required as a result of damages caused during this construction.C. Materials, equipment, skills, tools, and labor which are reasonably and properly inferable and necessary for the proper completion of the work in a substantial manner and in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these Specifications or Drawings shall be furnished and installed by the CONTRACTOR whether specifically indicated in the Contract Documents or not.D. Comply with local, County, State, Federal, and other codes which are applicable to the proposed construction work. Work under this contract is located at the following address(s):City of Coral Springs Water Treatment Plant, 3800 NW 85th Avenue, Coral Springs, FL 33065.
