Sealed Bids for Water System Emergency Repairs will be received by the Northampton Department of Public Works at their office at 125 Locust Street, Northampton, MA until 2:00 PM on September 23, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bid Documents will be available beginning September 2, 2026 by contacting . The project includes prevailing wage rates. Bid deposit and 50% Payment Bond is required. The estimated year one project value is $400,000. Contract renewals shall be limited to two (2) additional years beyond the initial one-year contract. This is a City funded project.
