Water and Wastewater Works Materials

Description

The City of Prescott is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide water and wastewater materials, supplies, and related products on an as-needed basis. The intent of this Notice Inviting Bids is to establish a contract with one or more qualified vendors capable of providing materials that meet the City's specifications and operational requirements.Materials may be purchased for routine maintenance, repairs, construction, system improvements, emergency response, and other activities associated with the City's water distribution and wastewater collection systems.The selected vendor(s) will be expected to provide quality materials, competitive pricing, reliable availability, and timely delivery or pickup to support the City's ongoing utility operations. The City reserves the right to award this Notice Inviting Bids to one or more vendors based on the proposals received and the City's operational needs.
