Wastewater Treatment Plants Influent Improvements Alternative Analyses

Description

The City of Roseville is seeking proposals from qualified engineers to provide alternatives analyses necessary to address raw influent deficiencies at both the Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (DCWWTP) and Pleasant Grove Wastewater Treatment Plant (PGWWTP). Challenges to be addressed include, but are not limited to: headworks screening improvements at DCWWTP and PGWWTP, influent pump capacity increase at DCWWTP, influent flow shaving configuration improvements at DCWWTP, basin return pump station capacity and operational improvements at DCWWTP, and future headworks configuration at DCWWTP. This will be a competitive negotiation process. Qualified individuals, firms, contractors, consultants or entities, that meet the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals, and are capable of providing the services requested are encouraged to participate.
