The City of Bismarck is seeking cost proposals for dewatering polymer from qualified vendors for use with the City of Bismarck’s solid waste processing equipment at the Wastewater Treatment Facility. The product must meet or exceed the Solenis K274FLX performance and be shown to be equal to or more economical to use based on cost per dry ton of biosolids produced. The enclosed trial procedures and specifications provide parameters by which the City will accept submissions. Vendors must comply with all trial, testing, and specifications as noted. Vendors must provide the following information and supporting documentation to the City of Bismarck by 3:00 pm CST on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Cost proposals will be publicly opened and reviewed at 4:00 pm CST on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. To be eligible for consideration, the cost proposal must contain the following: Bid Sheets indicating unit price per pound of polymer(s) delivered to the Bismarck Wastewater Treatment Facility. The price shall be all inclusive of shipping, delivery charges, etc. All fuel surcharges must be included as part of the bid amount submitted. The Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and Technical Data Sheet (TDS) of the proposed polymer(s). Documentation from the City of Bismarck Wastewater Treatment Facility indicating approval and satisfactory performance of the polymer(s) per the Trial Procedures and Specifications section. Supporting documentation indicating the ability of the vendor to meet the product delivery requirements. Information regarding the ability to fulfill training and support requirements. Bids must be submitted on blanks furnished by the City of Bismarck and in accordance with specifications and conditions therein contained.
