The project is in unincorporated Routt County, Colorado. The current facility is in compliance with CDPHE regulations; however, its age is approaching 50 years and the existing equipment has reached the end of its design life In summary, the proposed project involves installing a new SBR treatment facility and removing the existing activated sludge wastewater treatment facility. The current hydraulic rating of 350,000 GPD and organic rating of 800 pounds per day of BOD will not change. The location of the discharge to Stagecoach Reservoir will remain the same.
