McKay Bay Waste to Energy (WTE) Facility lightning protection for all plant structures. Contractor will install a new lightning protection dissipation system that covers all plant structures on site excluding the main exhaust stack. The lightning protection will connect to the existing grounding ring. Contractor must verify the grounding ring is still functional during installation. Lightning protection installation must comply with National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) 780 and Underwriters Laboratories (UL) 96A.
