Statement of PurposeThe City of West Sacramento is soliciting proposals from qualified firms regarding preparation of the Washington Specific Plan update, specifically to assist in the completion of the Circulations and Streetscape Standards and Implementation and Financing chapters of the Plan update.The remaining chapters of the document have been prepared in draft form by another consultant who remains under contract to the City. This additional work may be completed by one consultant team or two teams (one for each chapter).
