&nbsp;1. Project Overview&nbsp;The City of Pasadena is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide Fire Alarm System Replacement at Villa Parke Community Center. The work includes entire removal, disposal and replacement of existing fire alarm system. The scope includes taking out the existing fire alarm system throughout the facility, disposing of it and replacing it with a new and unused Edward brand, model EST4 fire alarm system. The new fire alarm system must be the latest version available from Edwards alarm system.&nbsp;2. Scope of WorkThe Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary to completely replace the existing Simplex fire alarm system with a new, fully addressable Edwards fire alarm system.
