INVITATION TO BID Warren Fiscal Court will receive sealed bids until 2PM on Monday, January 12, 2026 at the office of Judge Executive Doug Gorman, 429 East 10th Street – Suite 201, Bowling Green, KY 42101. Bids will be publicly opened immediate thereafter. All bids shall be received in a sealed envelope marked “BID REPLY” for the following: Mobile Wireless Surveillance Trailer All items bid must be listed on the Federal Authorized Equipment (AEL) List. This unit will be self-supportive with a combination of electrical and solar connectivity to ensure continual service. This unit will be a trailer mounted controller that is easy to transport by most vehicles. The following specification sheet will list the minimum standards that will be acceptable. The vendors may include additional information or specifications that are above the minimum standards.
